The Burnt Chef Project

With a goal of raising $6,000 in the month of May, The Burnt Burger retails for $21, with $5 from every burger sold donated directly to The Burnt Chef Project. These funds provide essential mental health education, 24/7 support services, and other resources to hospitality professionals.
The Burnt Chef Burger is built through the generous support of industry sponsors who have donated products to maximize the impact of every donation. Silver Hotel Group thanks Sysco, Foodbuy, Saputo, LaBrea, Aspire, Beyond Meat, McCain, and Pepsi for their vital contributions to this cause.
