We are thrilled to officially open the doors to @unionhotelto, our newest independent lifestyle property in the heart of Toronto that celebrates local artistry and a distinctly Canadian experience. Located steps from the historic Union Station, we designed the 189-room hotel to be more than just a place to stay; it is a place to connect, explore, and experience Toronto’s vibrant culture.

We thought through every detail from the curated guest experience to the partnerships with local artists and curators to visually bring Union Hotel to life, through a hospitality approach that puts individuality at the forefront. Union Hotel embodies the best of creative, community-driven hospitality in the city.

Union Hotel’s lobby café and lounge @humbledonkeyto is the newest spot in the city for an approachable menu that highlights the best of the city’s incredible food community, including @samjamescoffeebar and @breadheadyyz.

While Union Hotel is welcoming guests, we’re putting the finishing touches on the exterior—including the official front signage, which will be completed this summer.

Emeline started her hospitality career in her home country, France, as well as Monaco, where she gained experience in housekeeping and guest relations. In 2022, Emeline made the exciting decision to move to Canada, where she joined the Four Seasons Toronto as Hotel Assistant Manager!

Since joining us in 2023 as Rooms Division Manager at The Anndore House, Emeline has shown remarkable leadership and a contagious passion for hospitality. Emeline’s hard work and dedication to all departments at The Anndore House allowed her to step into her current role as General Manager at Hotel Victoria Toronto in 2024, where she has significantly flourished as a leader.

Emeline serves as a daily reminder to our teams that true leadership has no age limit. Her passion, vision, and hard work continue to inspire all of us, and we are honoured to recognize her unwavering commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.

The hotel’s 189 rooms are styled to reflect nostalgic themes while catering to modern travellers. Room categories include "Chic" for solo adventurers, "Groovy" for groups, and "Swanky" for guests seeking an elevated experience.
